Return Policy

We know you will love your new lavender goodies but if for some reason you do not please let us know. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact help@ourlavenderco.com and we will help make it right. Items can be returned to us unused within 14 days of shipment delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and will be refunded the order less original shipping charge once the returns arrives back to us.
